PyramiDZone was birthed from a training programme I personally designed and organized for a few shopfloor junior staff of Dunlop Nigeria PLC in 2006 to meet certain productivity issues.Of course I wouldn’t have done this without the inclusion of my colleagues, my boss’s approval and Human Resources Department represented.
